The SFP Compatible HUAWEI CLASS C+ transceiver is a high performance module for a single fiber by using a 1490 nm transmitter in continuous mode and a 1310 nm receiver in burst mode. It is an optical line terminal (OLT) for ITU-T G984.2. The optical transceiver is compatible with the Small-Form Factor Pluggable (SFP) Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). The transmitter section uses a 1490 nm DFB LD with automatic power control (APC) function and temperature compensation circuits to ensure a global operating temperature range with stable extinction ratio. And it is class I laser compatible with IEC825 and with CDRH standards. The receiver has a hermetic APD-TIA (trans-impedance amplifier) preamplifier and a burst mode limiter amplifier with differential outputs compatible with LVPECL. The receiver also includes the detection function burst mode of detection output and fast RSSI output that is enabled by a trigger. When the optical burst power is on, the receiver emits a high level; When the optical breaking power is disabled, the receiver emits a low level. RSSI's fast function can satisfy the most severe weather demand to monitor the power of any UN.
