The new telephony platform is thinked and designed primarily to support a large number of customers and simultaneous calls, so that it can reach up to tens of thousands of  lines. Thanks to its architecture and Alea virtualization systems, it is possible to operate in high availability minimizing the time of fall before any unforeseen event.

Description

The new telephony platform is thinked and designed primarily to support a large number of customers and simultaneous calls, so that it can reach up to tens of thousands of lines. Thanks to its architecture and Alea virtualization systems, it is possible to operate in high availability minimizing the time of fall before any unforeseen event.

It offers a wide range of features to the end user, such as voice / video calls, call forwarding, call blocking or voicemail, among others, all of which are configurable by the end user through a friendly and very intuitive web interface . For operators, the interface allows the configuration of users, peerings, routing, call rules, etc.

 On the other hand, it has a REST API that facilitates an easy integration of any service. With AleaFelix, for example, all necessary telephony parameters are automatically configured and provisioned so that a device can register in the telephone network.
